This Privacy Policy describes how Kliqly ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you install or use our Shopify application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Shop and account information. When you install the App, we receive your Shopify store domain and OAuth session details required to operate the App, including access tokens and basic staff account information provided by Shopify.

Link and campaign data. We store the links, campaigns, products, discount codes, UTM parameters, and SEO settings you configure within the App.

Click analytics. When someone visits a short link created through the App, we may collect technical data such as IP address, browser user agent, device type, operating system, and approximate geographic location (country and city) to provide analytics to merchants.

Order attribution. When an order is attributed to a Kliqly link, we store the Shopify order ID and order total to report conversion performance.

Support requests. If you contact us through the in-app help center, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you submit.

Usage diagnostics. We may use session replay and error monitoring tools to improve App reliability. These tools may collect interaction data within the App interface.

• Generate link analytics and conversion reporting for merchants

• Respond to support requests and communicate about the App

• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse

• Comply with legal obligations and Shopify platform requirements

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Shopify, as required to operate the App within the Shopify platform

• Service providers that host infrastructure, provide analytics, or support customer service on our behalf

• Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and users

We retain information for as long as your store has the App installed and as needed to provide the service. When you uninstall the App, we delete shop session data and will remove or anonymize associated App data in accordance with Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks and our data retention practices.

Kliqly supports Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks, including customer data requests, customer data redaction, and shop data redaction. Merchants can request access to or deletion of data by contacting us or through Shopify's standard compliance processes.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
